Licensed in 2002 after leaving a career in the telecommunications industry in San Jose, California as VP of Product Marketing. Having kids impacted Cheryl and she refocused her energy into the real estate industry and building a business and moved back to Virginia where she grew up (Fairfax). Other than 2 years, Cheryl has lived, worked and helped her communities in Northern Virginia focusing on the Prince William, Fairfax, Alexandria and Arlington Virginia areas. Later in 2008, Cheryl obtained a Brokers License in the state of Virginia as well as the District of Columbia and opened up her first real estate office shortly after. She continued growing offices and managing over 300 agents in VA, DC and MD until 2014.
During this time, Cheryl went through the Dotcom bubble in 2002, as she first received her real estate license. She persevered through the economic crisis of 2008 by founding
Virginia Home Rescue. Virginia Home Rescue founded in 2010 was to help homeowners and attorney's through short sales by becoming the best intermediary and support system she could.
Cheryl is focused on luxury sales in Fairfax, Alexandria, Arlington and is licensed with EXP Realty LLC.

She is primarily a listing agent but has a team of agents who help buyers find the perfect home. When helping a seller through a short sale, Cheryl will personally help them either get into a rental or have someone on the team help them. No one will be displaced if they decide to short sale or are doing it as a recommendation by their attorney.
