It all started with an article I wrote one morning as I read through the articles about people quietly quitting and I thought "wow, if you do this as a real estate professional you are dead in the water".  So it inspired me to write out my feelings on this and what could keep a person in the game, totally engaged in their work, having no burnout and still maintain some sort of balance in life - without doing all the work yourself.  The entire article and thought behind this "Quietly Winning" is automation.
