Everybody should have the ability to buy a home, sometimes you need to think outside the box. Tax Liens are a way to gain title and ownership of a home valued from 200-750k for less than 50k. on average according to the auctions for every 340 homes that are auctioned off only 40 are sold. WHY? Because people (investors) just don't show up... Not because they are outbid, or because they cost too much, but because people just never show up to the auction times.
